1. Nature of the Service

Mailcraft is a browser-based design studio that generates clean, standard Shopify Liquid code for customer notification emails. Mailcraft is an offline-capable template generator, not an active background cloud service injected into your storefront.

2. Zero Store Access Guarantee

Mailcraft operates with zero Shopify OAuth permissions (scopes = ""). We literally never request read, write, or modification access to your store database, theme files, product catalogs, customer records, or financial data.

You maintain total control: you customize templates within the Mailcraft interface, copy the generated Liquid code, and paste it directly into your native Shopify Admin settings (Settings > Notifications).

3. License and Template Ownership

Upon purchasing a Mailcraft license (such as our Lifetime plan or active Pro subscription), you receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated Liquid templates on your Shopify stores. Because the code is pasted directly into your native Shopify settings, your templates remain your sovereign property and keep functioning permanently, even if you cancel your subscription or uninstall Mailcraft.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind our templates with an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on our Lifetime license. If Mailcraft does not fit your store's needs, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mailcraft provides generated Liquid templates that comply with official Shopify Liquid syntax. Since you paste and save the templates directly within your own Shopify administration panel, Mailcraft cannot be held liable for any secondary modifications made directly by the merchant to their Shopify notification settings.
